Our team was in need of a health + wellness day, so we invited eight of our influencer friends and headed to this magical place called Four Moons Spa. Located about a mile from the beach, you’re instantly met with a sense of calm and tranquility.
We started the morning with a 45 minute yoga class led by @athena_thelocalyogi and let me just say she had us feeling zen while working on the booty. The birds were chirping and the sound of the train in the distance brought out the most serene environment. After yoga, we walked over to receive a meditative sound bath and ear seeds. Truly haven’t felt more relaxed.
After our wellness morning, we all gathered and had Açaí bowls + juices from Choice Juicery and just caught up with each other.
It was the most special morning filled with good friends, wellness, and relaxation. If you’re needing some R+R time or looking to treat someone in your life -pssst Mother’s Day is coming, and we can’t recommend Four Moons enough.
