Design Coordinator

Are you passionate about swim, activewear, apparel, and staying ahead of the fashion curve? We are seeking a talented and creative Design Assistant who shares our love for all things beach and fashion-related. As a Design Assistant, you will collaborate closely with our design team to bring fresh ideas and innovative concepts to life.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Designers: You will play a crucial role in supporting our designers with day-to-day tasks. From assisting in the creation of design concepts to helping with technical sketches, your attention to detail and eye for aesthetics will be essential in ensuring the success of our collections.
  • Maintain Line Sheets: Keep our line sheets updated and organized, ensuring that all product information and design details are accurately recorded. This will be vital in streamlining our design and production processes.
  • Colorway Development: Work closely with the design team to develop captivating colorways for prints and patterns. Your understanding of color trends and harmonies will help create visually appealing collections.
  • Market Research: Stay at the forefront of global and domestic fashion trends by conducting thorough market research. Your insights will contribute to keeping our brand relevant and competitive.
  • Design Inspiration Meetings: Participate in design inspiration meetings, where you'll have the opportunity to share your ideas and contribute to the creative direction of our collections.
  • Assist in Line Design: Collaborate with the Head Designer in designing our apparel line. Your flair for fashion will help shape the latest trends and styles.
  • Fitting and Quality Control: Play a role in the fitting process to ensure our designs achieve the perfect fit and meet our quality standards.
  • Fabric Library Organization: Manage and organize our fabric library, making it easy for the team to access a diverse range of materials for inspiration and sampling.
  • Source New Silhouettes: Accompany the designer on local shopping trips to source new and exciting silhouettes that align with our brand's vision.

Qualifications

  • Strong hand sketching skills.
  • Sewing and construction knowledge.
  • A strong passion for apparel and fashion in general, allowing you to bring creativity and enthusiasm to the team.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics, ensuring the quality and visual appeal of our collections.
  • Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of color trends and a flair for developing captivating colorways for prints and patterns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with the design team and other stakeholders.

Retail Store Manager

The Store Manager's visionary approach aims to transcend shopping from a transactional process to an engaging and inspiring adventure for the customer.


Responsibilities:

Elevate Customer Service Excellence:

  • Cultivate a welcoming and inspiring brand customer service, ensuring each customer receives exceptional service backed by comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Strive to create memorable shopping experiences, exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.

Build and Strengthen Customer Loyalty:

  • Proactively foster customer loyalty by enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • Implement strategies to connect with customers on a personal level, creating lasting impressions and building a loyal customer base.

Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee daily retail operations and staff, effectively monitoring and prioritizing workflow and schedules.

Talent Development and Management:

  • Take charge of the talent life cycle for direct reports, including training, development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Nurture a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to reach their full potential.

Sales Performance and Floor Leadership:

  • Ensure the achievement of monthly sales quotas through effective leadership on the sales floor.
  • Lead and inspire the store team to drive results and exceed sales targets.

Inventory Management and Merchandising:

  • Manage and maintain inventory at specified levels to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise merchandising execution, analyzing top-selling and slow-selling items to optimize product placement.

Strategic Brand Merchandising:

  • Make data-driven and strategic store brand merchandising decisions aligned with brand standards to maximize sales results.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic merchandising choices.

Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor store financials, including expenses and inventory, to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising on the quality of the customer experience.

Administrative Excellence:

  • Execute administrative tasks with precision, ensuring the timely submission of paperwork, accurate report preparation, and diligent monitoring of sales receipts and cash.

Marketing Activation and Promotion Execution:

  • Implement marketing activation, store awareness tactics, events, and promotions to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with overall brand objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in managing retail stores and associate teams.
  • Demonstrated strong product knowledge.
  • Ability to sell with passion.
  • Results-oriented, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 30 pounds.

We specialize in swimwear, active wear, and everyday clothing that offers "that feel good fit" to our customers. We inspire confidence in our customers through fit and premium fabrics. We offer our customer high quality swim and fashionable, multipurpose apparel that can be worn from beach to brunch to night.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable shopping experience. You will also be responsible for achieving sales goals, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Offer product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized and clean store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
