Warm sun, salt breeze, slow living...Malibu feels a world away from the hustle and bustle (and *cough* smog) of Los Angeles. Our muse steps away from the city's chaos to take a summer retreat at a whitewashed beach cottage by the sea. She revels in her peaceful hideaway, taking breaks from reading and writing for a quick dip in the ocean. A quintessential Californian, she lives in soft bikinis from morning to night. In the evening, she tosses on easy vintage-inspired pieces to walk to dinner. Her only commute these days? A stroll down the sand.
